Your journey is planned around a spacious 7-seat Toyota Noah (up to 6 passengers), with room for families and airport luggage. A 5-seat saloon (up to 4 passengers) is available for smaller parties, and a 9-seat vehicle (up to 8 passengers) for larger groups.
Luggage capacity is a guide and depends on the actual size of your luggage. For other group sizes, please tell us your luggage in the booking form and we'll advise.

When you book an airport pickup, you only need your flight's scheduled arrival time (UK local). TSAY arranges when to meet your driver from that, subject to TSAY confirmation – you do not have to estimate immigration or baggage time yourself.

No. TSAY only provides private journeys – the vehicle is booked for your party alone. We do not run shared shuttles.
Flight arrival time is when your plane is scheduled to land. Pickup time is when you'd like to meet your driver – usually later, to allow for immigration and baggage reclaim. The booking form asks for both.
Yes. Cantonese- and Mandarin-speaking drivers are available. Choose your preferred language in the booking form.
