- tsay_cust / tsay_cust_otp – keep you signed in to 'My bookings' after email verification (up to 30 days / 10 minutes).
- Local storage on your device keeps unfinished trip plans and form drafts (for example tsay_trip_plan_v1, tsay_ai_planner_state_v1) so you don't lose them; they are not sent to us until you submit.
