The price is the same in either direction (to or from the airport) and is per one-way journey – a return trip is two journeys.
All fixed airport prices (Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester) include airport car park and drop-off charges. No waiting fees for airport pickups – your driver will patiently help you.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

What a TSAY airport transfer includes
A TSAY airport transfer is a pre-booked private hire journey. The vehicle is reserved for you and your party – we do not run shared shuttles, and we never add other passengers to your journey.
When you enquire, you tell us where you're starting from, where you're going, your flight details and how much luggage you have. We check the details, plan a sensible pickup time and send you a quotation. Your booking is only confirmed once you've accepted that quotation and we've confirmed it.

Our airport pages cover London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester Airport in detail. We can also quote for journeys to and from other UK airports, including East Midlands, Birmingham, London Luton and London Stansted – simply choose the airport in the booking form.
Scheduled arrival and how we arrange the meet
Your flight's scheduled arrival is when the aircraft is due to land (UK time). For airport pickups you only need this time; TSAY arranges when to meet your driver from it, subject to TSAY confirmation. For drop-offs we still ask for a suggested pickup time.

Frequently asked questions
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits for you at a designated meeting point in the arrivals hall or in the car park. We send you the exact meeting point before you arrive.
Is the price for one way or return?
Our fixed airport prices are per one-way journey, per vehicle. The price is the same in either direction (to or from the airport) and is per one-way journey – a return trip is two journeys. For example, Nottingham to Heathrow and back on another day is two journeys at the same price each.
Do you charge for waiting?
No waiting fees for airport pickups – your driver will patiently help you.
Do you have Chinese-speaking drivers?
Yes. Cantonese- and Mandarin-speaking drivers are available. Choose your preferred language in the booking form.
Is my transfer shared with other passengers?
No. Every TSAY transfer is private – the vehicle is booked for your party only.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form sends us an enquiry. We reply with a quotation, and your booking is only confirmed once you accept it and TSAY confirms it.
Can I book a transfer for someone else, such as my child or a guest?
Yes. Enter your own contact details and add the traveller's name and phone number in the special requests box, so we can contact them on the day if needed.

Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester are our main airport routes. We can also quote for other UK airports such as East Midlands, Birmingham, Luton and Stansted.
