About Gatwick Airport
London Gatwick is in West Sussex, south of London, and is the UK's second-busiest airport. It has two terminals – North and South – linked by a free inter-terminal shuttle. Airlines are allocated to one terminal or the other, so check your booking before you travel.
Gatwick is known for its wide range of European holiday routes, alongside a number of long-haul services. Many families flying out on holiday from the Midlands use Gatwick for its choice of destinations.
Why a private transfer to Gatwick makes sense
From Nottingham and the East Midlands, reaching Gatwick by public transport usually means travelling into London and changing to another train – with luggage, children and connections to manage. A private transfer removes those changes: you load your bags once at home and unload them at the terminal.
The road route normally follows the M1 and then the M25 around London. The M25 is one of the busiest roads in the country, so we build a realistic buffer into your pickup time rather than quoting a fixed journey time.

Drop-off process – departing from Gatwick
We plan your pickup time from your flight time and your airline's check-in guidance, allowing for the long drive around London. You'll be dropped at the departures area of your terminal.
Gatwick charges vehicles for using its terminal drop-off zones. On our fixed-price Nottingham to/from Gatwick route, car park and drop-off charges are included in the price. Airport parking and drop-off charges included.

- Scheduled arrival or departure time, in UK time
- For pickups: TSAY arranges the meet time (subject to TSAY confirmation); for drop-offs: enter a suggested pickup time
Your flight's scheduled arrival is when the aircraft is due to land (UK time). For airport pickups you only need this time; TSAY arranges when to meet your driver from it, subject to TSAY confirmation. For drop-offs we still ask for a suggested pickup time.
